Q: Do I need to join your frames?
A: You won’t need to. Each frame is a closed-corner, finished product ready to fit.
Q: Where are your frames made?
A: In our workshop in San Diego, California. We are a local business that believes in the dignity of craftsmanship in the face of mass production. Our mission is to create heirloom pieces our customers can pass down to their loved ones.
Q: What woods do you carry?
A: We currently carry: Ash, Birch, Bubinga, Cherry, Jatoba, Lacewood, Maple, Honduras Mahogany, Santos Mahogany, Oak, Quarter-sawn Oak, Purpleheart, Shedua, Teak, Walnut, Wenge, and Zebrawood.
However, if you have a specific wood in mind, please let us know. If we can source it, we can make it.
Q: Where do you source your wood?
A: We have a selection of domestic and exotic hardwoods that we source from local wood suppliers. We also will do our best to accommodate special requests for woods other than what is available in our listed inventory.
Q: Are the inlays extra?
A: Inlays are priced per frame. Prices will be in the price sheet available to retail accounts. We do not charge for inlays on samples.

Q: Can frames be made deeper?
A: All profiles can be customized. We can make all available profiles deeper or shallower per request.
Q: Do you charge for samples?
A: Yes. We handmake all our high-quality samples that will enhance the selection at your gallery and frame shops. Quantity discounts are available when ordering samples.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. However, some countries may pose strict regulations on importing hardwood, so please inquire about international orders.
Q: What is your payment policy?
A: Currently we accept checks. We’re working on our ability to accept credit card payment.
Q: Who will I be working with?
A: We are a small, family-owned company. You will either be working directly with David or Sarina. We’re nice people.
